Sean is a Partner at Wallace Corporate Counsel, advising Irish and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, with a specialisation in mergers and acquisitions.

He regularly acts for clients in sectors including insurance, technology, food production, engineering with particular expertise in competitive M&A processes. Sean is recognised for guiding transactions from initial strategy through to successful completion, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach. He works closely with clients to advance their commercial interests, protect value, and deliver results in time-sensitive environments.

Sean’s contribution has been integral to the exponential growth of Wallace’s M&A team, a mainstay in the top 10 Irish law firms in the sector for the past five years and ranked number one by deal count in 2023.
