Personal Experience:

Nikhil is a South African qualified senior associate in the firm’s Investment Team.  Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, he worked in the Corporate M&A department in Arthur Cox. 

Areas of Expertise:

Nikhil has transactional and advisory experience across a broad range of sectors including technology, manufacturing, mining, commercial retail, VC and private equity spaces. 

On the investment team he predominantly advises growth companies, entrepreneurs and their investors from incorporation, angel, seed and series funding through to exit.
