Matthew is a solicitor in the firm’s investments team. He holds a degree in Civil Law and Business from the University of Galway and a certificate in Commercial Mediation from the Mediator Academy.

Prior to joining the firm Matthew worked in a large Irish corporate law firm where he gained experience on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and commercial contracts.

On the investments team Matthew works principally with emerging companies, entrepreneurs and investors advising on all key lifecycle stages from incorporation through growth and exit. Aside from investment related transactions Matthew continues to advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
