John is an associate in the firm’s investment team. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a leading international law firm based in Dublin.

Areas of Expertise Include:

He has extensive experience advising on a broad range of transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, private acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and general corporate matters.

Within the investment team, John works with a wide range of clients including corporates, financial sponsors and investment funds.
