Gill is an Associate in the firm’s M&A team. Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, she worked in the debt capital markets team in McCann FitzGerald LLP.

Gill now advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, shareholder relations, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
