Personal Experience:
Clodagh is a Consultant specialising in Commercial Contracts with extensive experience in complex and high value commercial transactions. Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel, Clodagh worked in private practice and inhouse across a number of sectors including multinational management consultancy, renewable energy and commercial semi-state.
She qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2008 and is also qualified in England & Wales.
