Personal Experience:

Ben is a Solicitor in the firm's property team. Ben qualified in 2024 and prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, worked in a small, general practice firm where he specialised in commercial conveyancing.

Ben has acted for funds, financial institutions, borrowers, landlords and tenants advising on all aspects of the purchase, sale, leasing, management and financing of commercial, residential and mixed use properties. Ben has also acted in the sale and acquisition of licensed premises, including pubs and hospitality venues.

Ben’s background in a general practice firm has given him broad exposure to multiple areas of law, enabling him to provide comprehensive and practical legal advice tailored specifically to each clients' needs.

Areas of Expertise Include:

Commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), property sales and acquisitions (residential and commercial), loan sales, refinancing and ongoing property related asset management matters.
