Sean is a solicitor in the firm’s corporate team. Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, he worked in Clerkin Lynch, a boutique Dublin commercial law firm.

He has experience in working with companies across a wide range of industries and sectors, advising on corporate matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, shareholder relations, acquisitions, mergers and disposals.
