Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, Michael worked as COO of a clean-tech start-up and at Matheson LLP.

Our team has advised on thousands of investment transactions involving SAFEs, Advance Subscription Agreements, Convertible Loan Notes, Crowdfunding, Venture Debt, Enterprise Ireland - CSF (Competitive Start Fund), New Frontiers, PSSF (Pre Seed Start Fund) HPSU (High Potential Startups), SEF (Sustaining Enterprise Fund), NDRC, Dogpatch Labs, Irish and foreign VCs, private equity funds, family offices, angel investment groups and entrepreneurs.
