Personal Experience:

Graham is Of Counsel in the firm’s property team. Graham qualified in 2010 and prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, he worked for 8 years in the commercial property department of A&L Goodbody.

Graham has extensive experience acting for property developers, funds, ICAVs, financial institutions, borrowers, landlords and tenants advising on all aspects of the purchase, sale, leasing, management and financing of commercial, residential and mixed use properties.

Graham also has extensive experience in the energy sector having acted for both lenders and developers on the property related aspects of wind and solar development and operational projects.

Graham also has a broad understanding of the interaction between property, banking and commercial law which places him in an excellent position to provide cross speciality advises.

Graham is also qualified in England & Wales.

Areas of Expertise Include:

Commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), high profile property portfolio sales and acquisitions, loan sales, purpose built student accommodation schemes, development land and ongoing property related asset management matters.

Graham works closely with the corporate team on the property aspects of share sales, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.
