Personal Experience:

Alban is a solicitor in the firm’s corporate advisory team. Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, Alban worked in the banking department of A&L Goodbody and McKeever Rowan.

He has experience advising clients across a range of corporate matters including corporate reorganisations, debt and equity financings, acquisitions and disposals, corporate and company law advice and governance matters.

Alban recently advised on the reorganisation and sale of KMCS to KPMG Ireland and the equity and debt financing of The Baby Academy, Moby Bikes, and Xunison.
