Personal Experience:

As Partner and Head of Investments he specialises in advising high potential companies from startup right through to exit.

Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, Alan worked on the M&A corporate team in A&L Goodbody and the corporate team in ByrneWallace.

Areas of Expertise Include:

Investment and capital raising, advising companies from early stage friends & family, pre-seed and seed raises through to Serie A, Series B, Series C and exit.

The investment team has advised on thousands of transactions involving SAFEs, Advance Subscription Agreements, Convertible Loan Notes, Crowdfunding, Venture Debt, Enterprise Ireland - CSF (Competitive Start Fund), New Frontiers, PSSF (Pre Seed Start Fund) HPSU (High Potential Startups), SEF, (Sustaining Enterprise Fund), NDRC, Dogpatch Labs, all of the main VCs operating in Ireland, private equity funds, family offices, angel investment groups and entrepreneurs.

Aside from purely investment advices, Alan and his team also advise on a broad range of day-to-day general corporate and commercial matters such as commercial contracts and reorganisations.
