Sean Wallace is qualified in Ireland, England and New Zealand. He has practised in Ireland since 1997, and was a corporate partner in leading Dublin law firms William Fry and, most recently, ByrneWallace, where he was head of corporate. Prior to that Sean worked with New Zealand commercial law firm, Buddle Findlay.
Sean is the author of Irish Commercial Law Precedents (Thomson Roundhall 2005). Sean is ranked independently by legal publishers Chambers and Partners as a leading corporate lawyer in Ireland and as an energy & natural resources specialist.
Alan Ryan is qualified in Ireland, England and Wales. Prior to joining Sean he worked with A&L Goodbody specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to that Alan worked directly with Sean’s corporate team in Byrne Wallace, Corporate Counsel.
Gar joined Wallace, Corporate Counsel from his role as General Counsel with OpenHydro Group. Prior to this he worked as In-house Counsel for Alburn Limited. Gar also practiced law in New York with O’Dwyer and Bernstein.
